A consulting relationship with SERPEO gives you freedom to utilize our certified HR professionals in whatever capacity you may need; from creating an employee handbook to becoming an extension of your HR department. SERPEO can perform an audit of your human resource department’s practices and provide a customized report of any legal or fundamental gaps with your company’s philosophies. No obligation for future services are required. Engagements can be short term, long term or project based. Work can be accomplished at your site, from our office or a combination.
A Professional Employer Organization (PEO) relationship is a popular solution to your organization’s human resource needs; including: payroll, taxes, risk management and benefits. SERPEO becomes the employer of record and the employees are paid under SERPEO’s tax identification number. Also, employees are covered under SERPEO’s workers’ compensation policy and become SERPEO’s liability for unemployment tax. SERPEO reduces the client’s employment risk and liability by sharing responsibility as co-employer. You retain control over the day-to-day work of your employees. A PEO partnership with SERPEO can ease the stress of being an employer and reduce your liability with employee related issues. This allows you to focus on what you do best; your core business.
An Administrative Services Only (ASO) relationship with SERPEO provides payroll and tax solutions for your organization. SERPEO is not the employer of record and you retain complete control of your emplmoyees. Employees are paid under your Company’s name and tax identification number. SERPEO is available to provide human resource guidance and administration. You build the relationship to fit your needs.
